Run /admin setup jail and Jailer auto-creates the jail role, mod role, category, channels, and permissions. No manual setup required.

How is billing calculated?+
Jailer is billed per server. Each paid server gets access to the features included in its selected plan.
Does Free stay free?+
Yes. The Free plan is meant to stay genuinely usable for smaller communities that want core jail moderation and basic records.
Can I upgrade later?+
Yes. Servers can start on Free and upgrade to Pro or Elite when they need more workflow, records, analytics, or automation.
What counts as a server?+
A server is a single Discord guild using Jailer. Billing applies per guild where paid features are enabled.
Are transcripts included?+
Auto transcripts are included in Pro and above. Higher tiers can later include longer retention, richer transcript tools, and advanced archive options.
Are behavior analysis and risk scoring included in Pro?+
No. Behavioral profiling, risk scores, escalation signals, and smarter moderation intelligence are part of Elite and above.
Can I import history from other moderation bots?+
Yes, that is planned for Elite and above. The goal is to help communities unify older moderation history into one cleaner case system.
Can multiple staff members use the dashboard?+
Yes. Paid plans are designed for staff teams, with Enterprise supporting more advanced permissions and operational controls.
Do you offer custom plans for large communities?+
Yes. Enterprise is for larger servers, networks, or teams that need custom onboarding, reporting, exports, or multi-server management.
Can I cancel anytime?+
